The hotel is great but Kirk is amazing. He really cares about the people and makes sure that everyone's needs are met. He is personable and gets along with all types of people. Kirk really made our stay FANTASTIC.

We are on a road trip so keeping room costs low was a factor. This hotel proved best value Location excellent, clean and wifi better than most top hotels. The rooms are small but we knew this. The water pressure and temp of water not great. Lift slow but this is an old building. Suggest you give this consideration.

I was pleasantly surprised by this affordable hotel in Downtown San Francisco. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It appeared to have been updated recently. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
