will start with the staff...loved them! from check in, to restaurant, cleaners wishing me good luck, and the bellman who found me a ride to the airport (great value) around the parade, the staff made our stay wonderful. the room is not big, but you can have a party in the bathroom...huge!!! loved tub and shower being separate, and the... I have stayed at the Nikko Hotel three times. All three times were wonderful experiences. The rooms are very nice, clean and I feel high end.The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is one half block from Union Square. The metro is a block and a half to the south. That can get you most anywhere, the Port, Giants... More

FROM ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE THIS HOTEL IS PERFECT FOR A WEEKEND GETAWAY! My husband was on a business trip to San Francisco and I came along to introduce him to some contacts of mine. His conference was held in the hotel so went to a beautiful gym and a wonderful breakfast that was included before his meetings. There was a... More

We stayed 4 nights on holiday on the Imperial Floor and overall the rooms and hotel itself were beautiful, in a modern, minimalist and functional style. What surprised me though was a lack of attention to detail from the staff, especially given the cost. Although they were friendly enough when approached (front desk, concierge, Anzu restaurant, Imperial Club Lounge), there... More

2nd only to Mandarin Oriental. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel because we love its sustainable, clean lines, simple, modern (almost Dutch) design. Our rooms in all our stays were very modern and functional, spacious, with impressive view of the city. The beds were also very comfortable. Location cannot be beat -only a few steps to Union Square... More

Stayed here for 2 nights --- purchased the Nikko Floor Room with "free wireless internet" and full breakfast included. A great deal! The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. Service, friendliness, room, bathroom, food, pool, fitness center, everything! Terrific location also. Only negative was that fitness center was an extra charge --- $20 for the stay for 2... More

We booked the Nikko on an internet website for a good price and were delighted with the hotel. It is very high end, spotlessly clean, impressive and well managed. The location is great for Union Square although just a block or so away from Mason St., the environment gets a little edgy - generally harmless though. Staff were polite and... More

I had a meeting and stayed at Nikko because it was close to the meeting and we were going to the RRAZZ (located in the hotel) that evening. Their Imperial Lounge was excellent and the buffet breakfast offered in the restaurant was also excellent. We will stay there again. It has a great location and is close to Union Square. More

Stayed at the Nikko for a two night getaway the week of Thanksgiving. They had an offer for an upgraded room, valet parking (usually $50+ in SF!), and buffet breakfast each morning. I believe it was $240 per night. The reception was efficient and pleasant, offering us an upgrade to a club level room for a nominal fee. We excepted... More

Went for a week to SF, stayed at Hotel Nikko and loved it! It's walking distance to everything and let's not forget to mention the Starbuck's right next door :-))) The rooms were very nice and clean and the view was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about this hotel. Would definitely go back! More
