This hotel could not be more disappointing. The lobby is small, the valet is MIA, the rooms are uninspired with windows that only start halfway up the wall. For the $300+ rate they're charging per night, you'd be much better off down the street at The Westin or Le Meridien. more

Fun place to stay in downtown San Francisco. Close to the BART and streetcar. Lots of shopping and good food within a few blocks. Infact it is above a giant Old Navy! more

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, in the executive King Room. The decor is very lovely and the bed comfortable. Our room was quiet. We loved the wine tasting and morning coffee. They also had complimentary ice cream in the afternoon but we weren't there in the day. I got a great deal for about $150 a night.... more

Normally we stay on Powell street at the Villa Florence Hotel or in the financial district at the Omni Hotel.
