Anime-themed hotel in the animated but still fairly sedate upper-middle class Japantown/Fillmore neighborhood, a bit reminiscent of Brooklyn's Park Slope or Outremont in Montreal. Large room with nice city view & great king bed but just 2-star amenities & feel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful and the cafe on the second floor is good value. Situated by the Japanese area and Filmore Street which has lots of eating places and nice shops. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
