This is a great choice if you need a cheap, central place to sleep. Very friendly staff and easy to get to. It is 3 minutes from the main shopping district and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars. Was pleasantly suprised with Hotel Bijou. It's in a good location, right in the centre of the shopping area and has a Metro stop within walking distance, which was handy as we caught the train from the airport. Terrible customer service, terrible billing, they lost my reservations and even when I provided a copy of their email with my reservation number, they still could not locate the reservation in the system. Consequently, the billing was totally messed up and they took no responsibility in it. On top of that, the hotel is dirty, loud and hot. more
