Small room, yes...but great location! Longish walk to pier 39 (but close to trams), good walk to town, and not too far from AT&T Park. Would reccomend this to anyone on a budget, who isnt planning on spending much time in their room more

got what we paid for,staff excellent,only real problem we had was shuttle to airport.very late.wouldnt recommend a cab is only a few dollars extra more

Grant Plaza is a grand name for a run down hotel that is noisy, dirty and feels a little unsafe right smack in the middle of Chinatown. Nothing is complimentary you are charged for everything, and trust me don't complain as it doesn't get you anywhere. more

Biggest plus at the Grant Plaza is the LOCATION! Next plus, being in a real HISTORIC San Francisco Hotel (we were told it was built in the 1920's).
