This was my second stay at this hotel. They are in the middle of a major renovation. The room we stayed in had upgraded bedding. It was so nice, not what you would expect from a Holiday Inn. I stayed at the Holiday Inn alone to attend a conference. The best part of this hotel is its location to transportation. Instead of taking a shuttle from the airport for $15, I took the BART for $5.35. The BART station is just steps from this hotel - great. The hotel was decent, it was the neighborhood. This hotel is in the bad part of San Fransisco. Don't go walking around at night, lots of homeless and druggies in the neighborhood. Did not feel safe! checked out a day early and drove back to L.A. more

Room was noisy due to ill fitting double glazed panels. The emergency services love to use their sirens even in the early hours when nothings about and we heard all of them, clearly!
