We checked in to this hotel for it's great location. Lots of teenagers running the halls and slamming doors at all hours. Rooms very small & towels not within reach of shower stall. Happy hour rates at bar not honored unless you ask & very salt bar staff. Hotel personnel very indifferent & cold. Will not stay here again. More

The hotel was well located for the Fisherman's Wharf area but lacking in public areas and facilities. The menus were limited and rather expensive but there was ample choice in the neighbourhood. The concierge was very helpful and there was a free online flight check-in facility. More
