We were there for 2 nights with 5 people. So we booked 2 rooms: one with a kingsize bed, the other one with 2 'queensize'-beds (too small to sleep with 2 people ... and we have a 'normal' size.). We had a room with two double beds upstairs on the third floor. It was not noisy as some others had previously commented. The breakfast was fine and the front staff was very nice. A good stay at a good price.

Very basic hotel, good for the price. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good-basic and the staff was very polite and helpful. It was in walking distance of Fishermans warf and the bus to Union square and chinatown were very close by.

We spent 5 days here while visiting the area. The rooms were clean and quiet. It is in a nice area. The pet fee was high but we negotiated with the manager for a lower fee. Parking isn't great. Small lot with lots of cars. Everyone was very friendly. The price was good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Easily walkable to Fisherman's Wharf but also very handy for public transport to places further afield. We were travelling by train and bus so latter was important to us.
