This hotel has been updated, but still shows it age. I would recommend the hotel for business and vacation travellers. However, beware the hotel hosts major conventions and gets very busy. The staff was good and service was good. If you are in San Francisco purely for pleasure I would recommend the JW or Marriott in Union Square. More

Exelent position for congresses in Moscone center and for shoping. Hotel is with very good, standard rooms, but average service. All shopinf mals and department storea are at walking distance. Moscone congress center is next block. More

We stayed at the Marriott for most of a week and loved it. A great location in a great city. San Fran is a great walking town (if you like the hills) and we enjoyed the surroundings with gusto. Staff were very helpful and made some great recommendations, including restaurants and a fabulous personal wine tour. We would definitely return. More

Stayed here for conference. Aesthetically pleasing but amenities suck. No free internet except in lobby. You have to pay to use sauna.
