After reading some reviews of the hotel and noting comments on problems with noise, I emailed the hotel and asked for a quiet room on a high floor. I had an email back, within a few minutes, saying that they would sort that out. It was our first stop on our first trip to the Sates and we knew we... More

Loved this Sheraton! Newly refurbished room so bright and colourful! Great Location, We walked to Fisherman's Wharf and then hopped on the tram by Ghiardelli Square. Breakfast is great, but we only dined in the hotel once as we wanted to experience breakfast San Francisco style! We booked a Wine tour and a city tour through the front desk who... More

I had a room overlooking the air conditioners in the "courtyard" of the building. For the price, the room felt a little cheap and there was not much noise insulation between rooms. Internet connection was expensive and almost unusably slow. Business travelers: bring a mifi or tether your phone. The coffee shop in the lobby served up some good breakfast... More

Stopped here for a couple of nights. Excellent hotel and location. The rooms were great and well appointed. The staff were great as well. I have only one minor complaint, and it is only minor. Our room was on the second floor facing the driveway between the two buildings and there was a bit of noise from outside quite late... More

We stayed here at the start of our trip to the US. We'd been travelling for 18 hours when we got here, due to connecting flights etc, and we were shattered. The lady on reception was brilliant, giving us a brief introduction to SF, showing us the map, telling us where ( and where not ) to go. The room... More

Well, I wasn't sure about staying at the Sheraton at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco because I've known about that hotel for many years. It's been there for many years, and I was afraid it would be old and worn out. I traveled with a good friend, the woman who was my best friend in high school fifty years ago.... More

Oh wait they serve in room Starbucks coffee that was nice! Maybe that's why the room was so high? We stayed at this hotel Jan 28 for one night. We traveled from Dallas to Reno and drove from Reno to San Fran (great drive by the way) 4 hour drive! And we stopped in Napa Valley and Sonoma on the... More

Let me first start out with the good points of this hotel: When I booked our stay, I spoke to Margarita at the front desk who was very accomodating in making my boyfriend and I enjoy our special occasion. She sent some champage and chocolate covered strawberries to warmly welcome us. THe bellmen and other front desk agents were very... More

This hotel is comfortable, room a good size, beds very comfy. Use AAA or CAA for upgraded room. You don't need a car for San Franscisco sites. Transit system or walking is all you need. The Open Top hop on hop off bus tour is great. The stop is just down the street. Alcatraz tour location is 10 min walk... More
