I've stayed here on multiple occasions for both business and leisure travel and the JW Marriott San Fran excels at providing a solid experience. We booked a “city view” room, and also requested a high floor, which we got (floor 16). The view isn’t the greatest (see pictures), but much better than looking at the wall of another building! I did a lot of research on where to stay b/c I am very picky. I can honestly say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. Top of the line for everything, the room, bedding, service, etc. The room so very nice, very upscale and the bedding was very comfortable. The location is perfect. Great service-all the staff were extremely helpful especially the doormen and the concierge. Location had easy access to all tourist attractions. Room was clean, quiet and had the usual comfy marriott bedding-we need good pillows to sleep. After a day of walking the city, sit in front of the fireplace and have a drink.
