The JW Marriott will rank in my top 3 hotels of all time! Everything was absolutely perfect. I just needed a leisure hotel for 2 nights, and Pricelined this hotel for $99 a night. However, my stay was priceless. The front desk staff was top notch, the conceirge was bang on with suggestions, and the room....ahhhh, the room. Could not... more

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night on a side trip to napa and San Francisco from Tahoe. I want to start off by saying that when we travel usually we are staying in resort beach areas, or Las Vegas, but all of them resort areas. Neither of us are used to staying in downtown hotels... more

I've stayed here on multiple occasions for both business and leisure travel and the JW Marriott San Fran excels at providing a solid experience. I am a very frequent business traveler (120+ nights a year) and this hotel has the right mix for me. Nice concierge lounge, good fitness center with weights and newer cardio, good area/neighborhood, great desk setup... more

Stayed at this hotel attending a meeting which was held on-site. Piece of cake getting to the hotel from the airport on BART. Rapid check-in, although our two adjacent rooms were not ready at the time. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. No real views. On the 11th floor, the room was quiet. I always love in-room coffee and the little... more

We booked a “city view” room, and also requested a high floor, which we got (floor 16). The view isn’t the greatest (see pictures), but much better than looking at the wall of another building! The room itself was large, newly appointed, and of course had that great Marriott bed. The bathroom was the best part- spacious, lots of shelf... more

This is one of the beautiful hotels in San Francisco (and I have stayed at many) with a perfect location, lovely and rapid service, gorgeous room that looked brand new and a bed to die for. The bathroom was huge and gorgeous with a full bath that also had a hand sprayer and a separate shower with a full power... more

I did a lot of research on where to stay b/c I am very picky. I can honestly say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. Top of the line for everything, the room, bedding, service, etc. The room so very nice, very upscale and the bedding was very comfortable. The location is perfect. They spared no expense on this hotel.... more

Great service-all the staff were extremely helpful especially the doormen and the concierge. Location had easy access to all tourist attractions. Room was clean, quiet and had the usual comfy marriott bedding-we need good pillows to sleep. After a day of walking the city, sit in front of the fireplace and have a drink. Nothing we didn't like. more

Hotel was in good union square location. As usual, I didn't have my profile requested extra towels, or fridge (minibar is stocked and not for personal items). As platinum elite, I was able to access VIP lounge, which is NOT ideal for leisure trips, as it was closed on weekends, ends early (9:30am I think) and was mostly a continental... more
