“Most friendly staff saves the otherwise disappointing and overpriced hotel”

The staff in this hotel is fantastic. They gave us most valuable tips and helped us with their knowledge. THe staff saves this hotel from being rated more poor. “Friendly and informitative staff , would highly recommend!”

Just left san Francisco, great city and this hotel was a fantastic base to explore it from. Bus links are great in the city and you can get anywhere from bustop around the corner. In room coffee wonderful. Beds were great, wanted to buy pillows. Even complimentary breakfast was better then others. All staff were really nice, knowledgable, and helpful. It is a hidden treasure for the stressed traveller. AND FREE PARKING!!!!!! Fitness in SF is unneccesary.
