Someone else booked this hotel for me. It struck me as weird. It's definitely different from any place I've stayed before. But staff is friendly, rooms are very clean, it's located close to Market Street. I received a free upgrade to a top story suite. It was so big I could have had a party there :-) More

Right at the gates to CHinatown, I love this location. Staff was friendly, and kids loved the free hot cocoa in the lobby. Rooms are well appointed, but small, so don't plan to spend a lot of time lounging around in them. Some street noise, but to be expected in San Francisco. More
