“Not Even Close To Being A Hotel”

Under renovation But it's been going on for years and is a complete dump Cockroaches are the best part Not viable at any price I doubt if it could or will ever be completed Front desk lady was kind and helpful she did her best I would rather rent a car and sleep in it The pool was a joke... More

We were looking for a cheap place to stay on Saipan for a month. This was my 3rd visit there. We looked around and finally found the Gold Beach Hotel and paid $450 for the month plus you have to pay for your own electricity (which could cost another $200 if you use the AC alot).
