During our two night stay for the Aug. Bristol race, we found our room not cleaned after returning late from Saturday night race. Night clerk could not help us and didn't even offer clean towels. We asked and received only two bath towels. At check out the next morning, the clerk said we had our do not disturb sign out.... more

I booked a non-smoking room and it stank so bad from cigarettes I asked to be moved. I was told it used to be a smoking room. The smell of cigarettes was even in the pillow cases and sheets.
