I was shocked by how rude the staff and management were! VERY poor "guest service" - it was as though we were burdening them by wanting to stay at their motel. Reservationist took down our reservation incorrectly - and it was just one thing after another. I would HIGHLY recommend paying a couple bucks more - VERY poor business practices... more

Hotel staff was very friendly. Location is EXCELLENT - right across from Madeline Island Ferry and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was simple, but clean. The bed was not very comfortable, but for just one night it was okay. Recommend staying on 2nd floor, as the 1st floor was a bit noisy. Would recommend this hotel, if looking... more

This motel had an awesome location right across from the ferry landing. It was nice to have the water right there and be able to walk to board the ferry. It was right at the bottom of the main street in town. We were in room 13 which was on the second floor. The room was clean and cute.The bathroom... more

Wasn't sure what to expect but it was terrific. We stayed in cottage/room 5. The motel is right on the riverfront. The staff is very friendly. Office open 9am - 9pm. The view from our door was of the harbor. Right where the Madeline Island Ferry departs. The dock for the Apostle Island Cruise is just at the other end... more
