This place was scary. The face cloth in the bathroom was stained, dingy. The were butterscotch candy wrappers on the floor, where it seems no one has lifted the dust ruffle when cleaning. This motel is absolutely disgusting, and not only will I never stay at this Super 8 in Appomattox again, but I will never stay at any Super 8 again. We stayed one night in the two connecting rooms on the first floor of the Super 8. We will never stay here again. This motel is OK except for the blanket on the bed. It was old and probably in need of washing. We stayed here because we wanted to see Appomattox Courthouse the next day.
