Stayed in condo #7; well equipped and furnished with many amenities. Nice combination of older historical buildings, newer condos, swimming pool and park with water features. Also has hot tub, garage, and basketball court. Condo was quiet and clean. TVs in most rooms. A little pricey, but worth it.

We recently shared condo #2 here with another couple and were quite pleased with the accommodations. The condo was well equipped, clean, quiet, and very well located. Checking in and out was very easy. The only problem was the washing machine, which was extremely difficult to get started.

Close to town and close to adventure. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly group of people. Stayed there with a group of 4 guys and everything was in great order. We were there to bike and having the garage available for bike storage and repairs made a huge difference. We wearable to bike into town to catch the shuttles or lunch... More

We just got back from a week long stay at Moab Springs. My husband and two sons and I stayed in condo unit #4. It was very roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The living area was spacious and clean. We especially liked the patio area looking out over a spring and grassy area. Not all units have this... More

Moab Springs Ranch is the ideal place to stay in Moab. It is close enough to town, but far enough away from all the chaos. We have been going to Moab since the early 90's and this is by far my favorite place to stay. The setting is tranquil (love the natural spring that runs through the property and the... More

As perennial attendees of Cruise Moab (Toyota 4x4 event) each year in May we have grown tires of the poor service and lack of pride of ownership of a nearby campground that bears the same name as the famous biking trail. We were refereed to MSR by friends who had stayed many times. Megan at the front desk was very... More

This has been my third time at the ranch. Although a slightly pricey alternative to the Holiday Inns etc. in Moab the ranch offers the option of a home from home and space!!! Pros... Space. Great kitchen. Beautiful patio with a supplied gas bbq. Friendly resort manager. Relaxing peaceful setting. Resort hot tub and small pool. Bike/equipment storage area. Could... More

We just came back from a weekend in Moab. We have gone several times and stayed in different condos. Moab Springs was the best - perfect location, beautiful grounds, lovely space. We will be back to Moab and back to Moab Springs Ranch

We loved the Moab Springs Ranch. Our 2-bedroom condo was extremely comfortable and well-appointed. It was absolutely immaculate. All furnishings and appliances were new and tasteful. The shared common areas (park, lawn, pool) were fantastic. FYI, we stayed in 2-bedroom Unit #3.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The condo was immaculate, and the pool and private park were beautiful. There is a very nicely shaded community lawn area out side the condo we were in, where our kids spent a few hours enjoying a game of tag with some other residents children. The place is well equipped for cooking and laundry,... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
The resort is a renovation of Moab's oldest ranch. The historic Granstaff and Taylor Ranches were sited where copious springs of crystal-clear water issue from the red-rock cliffs. This historic oasis has a rich legacy from pre-historic times, the Pioneer era and even the twentieth century. The Spanish Trail, Butch Cassidy and Moab pioneers have each played a role. The restored two-story brick Ranch House is on the National Register of Historic Places. A stately grove of native Cottonwood trees shade and cool the spacious restored grounds. The Ranch nestles into the mesa known locally as the Slickrock Trail Mesa, which may be accessed on an old cattle trail from the Resort.Your accommodations at Moab's most luxurious Townhome Condominiums are 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 11 people. The floor plans have been called the "smartest" in town. Large windows, numerous doors, patios and balconies make these units bright and airy. ... more   less
