Great drive from Moab to Castle Valley. Friendly welcome, nice and clean and well maintained rooms. Breakfast was an American classic - which means nearly uneatable for me. But all part of the experience.

As stated in other reviews Castle Valley Inn is a bit of a drive from Moab but is worth the effort of getting there if you enjoy space and peace and quiet, as we do. The drive from Moab is spectacular and, if possible, you should try to ensure you arrive in daylight on your first evening there to appreciate...

Stayed here recently for 6 nights during our tour of the Grand Circle.
The property is set in an idyllic location a 14 mile drive down a winding road out of Moab. It's a very beautiful drive but did start to grate a little after a while but in the end I think that it was just worth it.

If you are looking for a quiet, picturesque setting to put your feet up, Castle Valley Inn will be hard to beat in the Moab area. The rooms are thoughtfully arranged and beautifully decorated, as well as spic and span clean. The breakfast is excellent and the owners (Jason and his wife) and their helpers are energetic, helpful, and knowledgeable...

We found the Castle Valley Inn on the internet. Great place to stay while visiting the Moab area. Located in a beautiful valley 17 miles east of downtown Moab. Thought the location would be a bit far, but absolute beautiful drive along the canyon of the Colorado River (Route 128) to the Inn was spectatular and the chance to get...

The Inn is lovely, especially the second floor suites Fremont and Hovenweep. (see picture below taken from sunset on our front porch) But the most magnificant aspect is the location. Castle Valley is a wonderland. It bears no relation to the hustle and bustle of Moab. It's 25 minutes away but worth it. The rooms are exceptionally nice, and the...

We stayed at Castle Valley Inn for four nights while visiting all the National Parks in/around Moab. The room was enormous, with a kitchen, small dining table, beautiful bathroom, and king bed. We had a small outside porch with a grill, and we looked out on the mountains. Breakfast every day was wonderful, and they were very accommodating.
Couldn't have...

My husband surprised me (as is his custom when planning our vacations) with 2 nights at Castle Valley Inn. Enjoying our privacy, we stayed in the Anasazi Cabin where we had the use of a kitchenette as well as our own TV and DVD/VP. We picked up pizza in town and reheated in our cabin while watching a movie our...

This inn is situated in an idyllic location. The drive alonside the Colorado river from Moab is picturesque. The accomodation is excellent as were the cookies provided in the lounge. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the deck in the wonderful garden watching the humming birds and blue jays feed. We would love to return.
