While Desert Hills Bed and Breakfast is a good place to stay in, it is slightly remote from the main street in Moab.
The Family/Friends suite is a good option, It has access to the back deck, a small livingroom area, but the bedrooms share a bathroom and the suite is not completely detached from the house, which is a bit awkward and not sufficiently described on the website.
