We stayed there in April, 2009.

At first, I had my reservations about it because I couldn’t find any recent reviews. We went anyway & were pleasantly surprised. Two blocks from the main drag & super quiet. You can just walk to the main street & restaurants. Also, clean & reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend it. It has 4 units, 2 top & 2 bottom. There is a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 king BR (very comfortable) & 1 double BR, also a futon in the LR, 1 BA. Very comfortable, but could use some updating, which we didn’t really mind because there is so much to do in Moab you only go to your unit to sleep, maybe have breakfast & do some laundry. Met a couple who go there 2x a year & have for the past 20 yrs more
