I've come to expect very little from an RV park, but this place was a refreshing change. They have very good facilities including a pool and hot tub, large, clean bathrooms and an office that is well-stocked and manned by staff that always seemed to be smiling. In particular, our group of 6 were constantly moving between tents and cabins... More

What makes me give an average only rating to this RV park is it's close proximity to the U.S. Highway 191..Traffic zooms by all night, even big semi-trucks....And it is very noisy...I felt sorry for the tenter's, as they have no privacy and are stacked on top of one another....We were lucky to get a Friday night RV cancellation (site... I stayed at the Moab Valley RV Resort this past weekend while running the Red Rock Relay. This place was perfect for our needs. Stephanie and Nissa were SUPER helpful in accommodating our group of 6 people with both a trailer spot and some camping spots. I was very impressed with their high level of customer service. The showers had... More

We had a reservation at the Moab Valley RV for 2 nights. As we were traveling there, we broke down in Provo, UT. We called ahead and told them not to give away the 2nd night as we hoped to be there. We finally arrived on night #2 at 10pm. They had everything ready for us at the gate for... More

Life is full of twists and turns (and breakdowns!), but it's all about attitude. We have learned that lesson in life and in business. It's fantastic that we were able to provide you with what you needed after a stressful trip to see the "red rocks". We invite you back since we believe that 2 nights in Moab doesn't provide... More

We just got back from our 3rd consecutive Spring Break trip at Moab Valley RV where we stayed for 5 nights. We had the best time. We have tent camped there twice, but this year we brought our pop up. We also had friends staying in a cabin. This place is wonderful. The staff at in the office are SUPER... More

Having folks say what they don't like about our park is never easy, but it gives us the information we need to make our facilities better. Now that we know the lights irritate people we can find a solution that provides light for latecomers (and to avoid accidentally tripping on something) while not being disruptive to a good night sleep.... Just returned home after a stay at Moab Valley RV Campark. The park is very clean and well kept. Great location, pretty views and wonderful staff. My thanks to Sarah who was very helpful and accommodating when my husband and I ran into a little problem. Will be returning to Moab in the Fall and will be making reservations at... More

Sarah was quite flattered that you remembered her efforts to help. She is very conscientious and takes pride in helping in whatever way she can. She represents so much of what is good about guest services and customer service. We look forward to another visit and are very thankful you'll consider us again in the fall. Tex Moab Valley RV More

(This review pertains mainly to the cabins at the the facility.) I've been visiting Moab "since before it was cool." Well over 35 years. I've stayed at a lot of different lodging and resort facilities in that time. Over the past decade I've stayed exclusively at the Moab Valley RV Resort. It has never disappointed. The grounds are always well-kept,... More

The tent campground has open-sided canopies to put your tent into. These would help during the summer thunderstorms. Security is excellent. Check-in services are also excellent, and the price is reasonable. The lone problem is that it is close to the highway, and trucks pass by during the night. It is very close to the entrance of Arches National Park.

I remember John simply because he told me upon check-in that he was a TripAdvisor top contributor. We asked him to evaluate us and post a review before we were even done checking him into his site! Our family stayed in a large cabin which contained one bunk bed, two double beds, along with a small fridge. There was a covered porch, picnic table, grill and a little patch of lawn. We were near the shared bathroom facility which was large, tidy, and had great showers - a must for this red desert! For the price this... More

It sounds like you enjoyed your time with us. We are appreciative of your choice to stay with us versus a hotel. We believe we offer a great camping experience via our cabins rather than tents. The cabins provide warmth and A/C, comfortable beds and a place to cook and eat. Much different than a hotel experience and we're glad... More
