Stayed for two nights. Were originally booked at the Ramada Inn, but relocated here for the same price. This hotel has everything to offer. Large clean rooms, heated swimming pool, plenty of parking, free internet... Don't know how much it costs if you book directly with them, but I'm sure it's well worth the money. We generally stay at the Ramada Inn while visiting Moab. This year they were being remodeled and they moved our reservation to the Greenwell. We stayed here for one week. Our normal motel or hotel choice is one with inside corridors, and we never noticed that this place was not of that style when we made our reservations. Despite the bad reviews, we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. And I'm glad we did. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and spacious. There even was a very large flat screen TV! The bathroom very well equiped and clean. I will defenitely stay here again. more

I would not recommend this hotel even if it was the last place available in Moab. You would be better of camping or sleeping in your car than staying at the Best Western Greenwell Inn. We called the afternoon (one day ahead) before arrival and were told that we could not cancel because you have to call before 3 pm.
