The beds were very comfortable. We booked 2 rooms (dbl queens) at the recommentation of others on this site..It was reated #1 back in April. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean. This BW is one of many hotels on Main St. in Moab, which is a great base from which to explore Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse. I found staff friendly. Maybe not chirpy, but friendly and helpful. There are better hotels outside of Moab (Sorrel River, Red Cliffs) but Best Western Canyonlands is probably the best in Moab itself. This hotel is a disgrace for the chain. Whilst the rooms are quite modern and large enough, they were not exactly spotlessly clean and also noisy, from both the main street outside and the rooms next door as the walls must be very thin. During our 10 day Utah vacation we stayed in good hotels and bad hotels, but this Best Western in Moab was the nicest and Had everything we needed. Complimentary full breakfast, pool for the kids, laundry, etc. Large rooms, very clean. Great place to stay and when we return to the Canyonlands area we will without hesitation stay here again. more

We loved this hotel. The rooms were welcoming with efficient and relatively quiet a/c!! Everyting was very clean and there was a sink outside the bathroom as well as in it - very useful. Very nice hotel. Clean, safe and well maintained. Great free breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location - walking distance to several eating establishments. We just returned from Moab July 6. This is THE place to stay. Our king bed was wonderful - the shower great. The flat sceen TV just in front of the bed. Breakfast was good. Pool is very nice.
