A new-ish property, not an old one purchased by Hampton for refurb. Clean. Food as good as expected. We've stayed twice in the past two years, and it was essentially empty on the weekends. Though the staff is accomodating and the rooms are clean, the billing is often in error. The owner's office expects customers to identify billing mistakes - but when challenged about billing and remuneration - is insulting, makes accusations of customer dishonesty, is abusive and makes unfounded allegations. This Hampton Inn is located in a beautiful area not too far from Santa Fe. There is an overlook nearby with stunning views of the canyon and river. Also there are just enough services in the town to take care of your needs. The room was very clean and the only thing this Hampton Inn was missing was a pool.... more
