Actually, I don't know why this is listed in the B&B section. It is a standard budget-price hotel.
The good: It is very new (opened in August 2009) and clean, and my first impression was positive. The HDTV was great, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was very nice. This hotel has interior hallways, unlike most of the older Red Roofs. There is a guest laundry and a workout room, which I did not use, but are no doubt of interest to others. The price (~$75 per night), is also quite reasonable.
Now the bad: The "Next Gen" design is vaguely Asian, and very minimalist. Unfortunately, this translates into a shortage of functionality. The bathroom has only two hooks on the wall for hanging towels. There is no place near the sink to hang a hand towel, so we had to lay them on the counter.
