Friendly staff all around. Nice small town feel. The only downfall is loud halls. You can hear everyone walking by and the floor above. Not bad if you are traveling through for one night and do not wish to sleep in.

spent 2 nights here..property is just off the main road, but not hard to get to..just north of main part of Gunnison, but close to Walmart and large grocery store..very nice motel, but don't have any HD television(infact, don't have flat screen TV's)..would stay again

Had trouble finding it since it is behind the Wells Fargo. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was good. Price was ok. No fridge or microwave. Would not hesitate to stay again when passing thru. Other motels/motels in town had the construction worker/pick-up truck clients. This didn't.
