I was traveling with my daughter and young grand child. There is one harsh flourescent light that spans the length of the room at the head of the beds. If we had the light on so we could read, it was in the baby's eyes so he could not sleep. I have never been in a room that did not... more

We stayed here for one night, even though we originally planned to stay 3 nights. I should have known what we were in for when we got the key card to our room, went upstairs, and opened the door to see an occupied room! Thank goodness the people were not there as they would have been quite shocked. Meanwhile, there... more

The rooms are SMALL and it may be my imagination, but I have never slept in a double bed that seemed so SMALL!! The walls are thin, there are no in-room amenities.....no micro, no fridge, no blow dryer (the last I noticed only after my morning shower and while in a rush to get out the door). The boys had... more

Very convenient to Biltmore Estate. Good value for location. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Oversized shower especially nice. Walk to Fridays restaurant. Could walk to historic downtown. Gas station and major highways very close. Off from the busy highway. Fine staff. Self service continental breakfast included waffles as a choice. No regrets. more

A friend of mine was getting married at the Biltmore Estate, and my husband and myself decided to travel 11 hours to be a part of her big day. As with most weddings, the bride and groom had rented out a block of rooms at 2 hotels in the area. Being on a budget, we decided that the Sleep Inn... more

Since the in-room brochure says that complimentary breakfast includes eggs and sausage and there are no eggs or sausages on the breakfast bar - if breakfast is an important part of your stay, you may want to clarify the included items with management before booking. Until a nearly 100% wheat breakfast was served we had been really satisfied with the... more

My sister was getting married at the Biltmore, so she had booked a set of rooms at this hotel. When my husband, child and I arrived in our room (on the 3rd floor) we noticed it smelled like smoke (in our non-smoking room), but we just thought if we turned the AC up it would go away. Later that night,... more

I booked a stay at The Sleep Inn via a 'package offer' inclusive of admission to The Biltmore. This hotel was the only one with the available dates I was looking for. The price was acceptable. Over-all, I suggest other places to book and plan a ahead. If do you stay here, I suggest staying on the 3rd floor in... more

We booked our stay through a Biltmore package. The staff was friendly overall and breakfast was fine. Our problem was that on our first night, we had an emergency in our room and there was no one to be found at the front desk at 3 am! One of our party had difficulty finding the switch in the bathroom (which... more
