We spent three nights at this hotel touring the area. The staff were ALL top notch. Our check in was very quick and I overheard the desk staff speaking to MANY guests giving suggestions for restaurants and nearby activities. All staff were polite, friendly and professional. We arrived at the hotel after visiting the Biltmore which was amazing. We hoped to take our daughter swimming in the outdoor pool but it felt like ice water which was so disappointing. We used this hotel for our family reunion and it suited everyone's needs, from infants to older folk. The hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed us to gather in the breakfast area in the evenings. Super clean. Loved the freshly baked complimentary cookies in the afternoon! more

Very ncie place to stay for the price. It was clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast in the morning until 10:00. Kind of not near the Biltmore or places to eat unless you have a car which we did so not a big deal. Would defintely stay there again. more
