My sister and I spent two nights at the Sweet Biscuit Inn in October. The Inn allows children, and we were slightly concerned that it might be less peaceful than most B&Bs. I’m happy to report that although two small children stayed at the Inn while we were there, the rooms are spacious and set far enough apart that we... more

Beautiful, large home in the middle of a picturesque Asheville neighborhood, excellent breakfasts with local, fresh ingredients, and a VERY kind and accommodating staff! Each room has a map of Asheville with a list of recommended restaurants and attractions. Each room is a little different, but all are a good value. more

This is a great place. Angela and Robert, the hosts, are gracious, friendly, and funny. Angela fixes the most wonderful breakfasts and Robert offers great ideas for things to do and loves to play with the kids! Our daughter fell in love with him, I think. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all kinds of cool antique stuff in... more

The Sweet Biscuit Inn is perfect. My kids (10 & 13) stayed there for 2 nights in the top floor suite (2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch) and it was perfect. The house (in a quiet neighborhood at the top of the hill about a 5 minute drive from the center of Asheville) has a beautiful huge front porch with... more

The Sweet Biscuit Inn is a fabulous spot located within close proximity to Biltmore and downtown Asheville! The breakfasts were fabulous and the owner's were so friendly and helpful. They provided personilized maps and directions to places of interest and recommendations for great places to eat, hike, etc. We stayed in the "Sky Suite" which was on the top floor... more

The Sweet Biscuit was our first B&B and this was our first trip to Asheville. The location was great - very close to the Biltmore and a short drive to downtown. The house is nestled into the residential hills and feels very safe. The Inn Keepers are as friendly and helpful as desribed. Robert is great at giving suggestions for... more

This is the most kid-friendly B&B I've ever seen. The innkeepers are extremely friendly and really focus on giving their guests a warm, wonderful experience (In fact, my wife said they're the friendliest innkeepers she's met). The Inn is clean, comfortable and has a laid back feel. If you're looking for elegance, fine china and lace draperies, this is probably... more

We stayed April 23, 2008 for 4 nights. Let me start out by saying that my wife and I have stayed at many b&b's over the years, so we are very experienced with b&b's. We have two boys ages 9 and 10, who are fun loving kids to the core. We have had pretty good luck with b&b's over the... more

I have stayed at four B & Bs in the Asheville area & this is rated last. When we arrived, no one gave us any type of tour or explanation of where things were (toys in a closet on the second floor kept in a closet, time for breakfast, where the outdoor play area was, etc.). We (my husband, myself,... more
