My wife and I stayed there using points that I earned while away on business so it was a free room for us. It was a very different hotel. Almost retro-chic. Although the location was not the best for the places we like to walk to in downtown, It was next door to the Grove Arcade. The rooms have a... more

Not one bad thing to say about this hotel. My room had an amazing view of The Blue Ridge Mountains. I was able to walk downtown to meet up with a client. Dinner in the bistro was wonderful and the service was just as good. The room decor was impressive. I especially loved the wood floors! more

I love boutique hotels and this property certainly fits the bill! If I could, I would put the decor in my own home! The location is within walking distance to shopping, delightful restaurants, and a short drive to the Biltmore Estate. Aside from waxing poetic about the wonderful aesthetics of the hotel and the great food at the bistro, I... more

This hotel is brand new. We saw more staff than guests. That said, great service. The decor is not really our taste. By decor I mean theme - here decor translates into an overall feel of the hotel, just like disney hotels have a disney feel. The "Go green, eco-friendly" theme means no carpet in the rooms, which makes for... more

Asheville's newest hotel is not only in the best spot if you enjoy traversing this gem of a city by foot, its especially great if you appreciate farm-to-table cuisine and window shopping through Grove Arcade and beyond (all in middle of downtown). We stumbled upon this great hotel when researching exploreasheville.com, this stay truly made my husband's birthday very special... more

We decided to check out the new modern, "boutique" hotel in Asheville. It was perfectly adequate, but nothing special. It seems they are confusing weird with boutique. Lots of ugly graphics throughout the hotel. Nice room, free parking and reasonable rate. Our room did not have carpeting, which was a little strange. All in all, not bad. more

We are Ashevillians (20 years now) and love our downtown. I took my wife to the brand spanking new Hotel Indigo for a surprise birthday treat. The hotel's modern, hip, boutique character fits perfectly into Asheville's "funky" downtown location and Architectural style. Once you park your car in the underground parking, you can leave you car and walk to any... more

My daughter and I recently stayed two nights at the hotel Indigo in Asheville NC, I have to say this was one of the best hotel experiences ever! The hotel is beautifu, very modern with great attention to detail. The rooms were wonderful, very comfortable with great views of the City. The decorations were extremely nice and the artwork was... more
