The Inn at Biltmore is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are fairly comfortable. However, they do charge $50 a night extra for a small refrigerator in the room. The staff is very attentive. The great room at the Inn has a wonderful fireplace with couches around it. It is a nice place... more

The Inn on Biltmore Estate is a unique property -- the only hotel on the 8,000 acres still owned by the family whose ancestors built the largest private home in the United States. Our stay was characterized by excellent service, luxurious touches in the public areas of the hotel, the grounds and in our room. We stayed on a three-night... more

The Inn is the perfect escape from the busy world. My husband and I took advantage of the Bed & Breakfast package and enjoyed a weekend of beautiful mountain views from every terrace, window and trail. We hiked and rode bikes all over the estate, played in the pool, relaxed on the terrace for drinks and enjoyed great food. The... more

The Inn is a beautiful hotel with outstanding facilities, helpful staff and impecable food. It also happens to offer a tremendous view of the mountains. It really is a classy place to spend some time whether you choose to see the Biltmore House or enjoy other Asheville scenery. The dining room served a very tasty breakfast buffet each morning and... more

My wife and I just returned from a 6-night stay at the Inn on Biltmore Estate. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed. We’ve stayed at other fine places but there is something that sets this place apart – the service. From the front desk, to the concierge, the wait staff, housekeeping, the head cook at the... more

We've just returned from a 22-person family reunion at the Inn at the Biltmore Estate. We had a wonderful time - the highlights are that the setting is truly spectacular, the ambience is great, and the staff everywhere are really polite and friendly. The Estate is massive - cars make it easier, but they have shuttles. Only problem is you... more

From the moment we got there, everyone was extremely helpful. The bellmen were very polite and friendly, and the ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and informative. Upon check in, the bellman promptly delivered our luggage to our rooms and set them all up for us. The rooms were nice and a modest size. The bathrooms were very... more

I came to this hotel for a wedding, and I can say with confidence that it is a very unique place. The Inn is at the high point of the sprawling Biltmore Estate built by George Vanderbilt in the early 1900s, it featured incredible flora, cool views, and some unique attractions like an old-school barn and a winery as well... more

Our stay at the Biltmore Estate was one of the most remarkable travel experiences my husband and I have had. Everything about our stay was just impeccable. To start, the estate is enormous - about 8,000 acres of beautiful, mountaneous land. Everything is beautifully landscaped and we happened to have perfect weather as well. There is so much to do... more

I must first say that my personal experience at the Biltmore was generally positive, but was overshadowed by a few incidents that I believe to be completely unacceptable. Before mentioning those, I would like to say that overall the service was excellent, especially the doorman, the valet staff, the housekeeping staff, and Judith at the front desk. Also, Jeff in... more
