I stayed with 2 friends and we loved it. The room was quite comfortable except for the sleeper sofa. It was awful so one of us just slept on the sofa without pulling out the bed. I'd give the hotel top marks for cleanliness and friendly personnel. The room was also very large and comfortable. Value was very good. This is a lovely hotel! We reserved two nights September 27th and 28th with our Hilton Honors points. We then checked out to stay 15 nights in a VRBO property in Chimney Rock, NC that we reserved nine months prior. That VRBO property turned out to be completely awful. Hotel was only 4 years old....looked brand new. Lobby was being painted at the time of our stay. Rooms were great. Service great meals included were very good. A little pricey....but great stay more

This was a great basic hotel in a good location. The staff was very friendly and gave directions to several different places. The only problem we had was obtaining extra blankets, towels and even the pack and play that we were promised. They said they were all in the laundry or already loaned out. I am sorry to hear you did not get promised items. We are well supplied with extra items and I apologize if you were not delivered them. At Homewood Suites by Hilton-Asheville, FREE wired and wireless high speed internet is included with your suite. We have just transitioned to Hilton's Stay Connected High Speed Internet with improved connection and speed.

Our Suite Start Hot Breakfast includes a viarety of fresh baked goods(ie. muffins, scones. . . ), hot & cold cereals, bacon or sausage and eggs. The menu changes daily and not just the same thing everyday. Your security is very important to us. We appreciate your business...
Came to Asheville for the weekend. Never been to Asheville before so didn't know what to expect. The location was great. Easy access to the highways and downtown. I love the room setup. Four friends from College take an annual trip. We decided on Asheville and then chose the Homewood Suites after some cost/location comparisons. I thought we were "settling" with the Homewood but the hotel staff and its facilities proved us wrong. My husband and I stayed here for one night on our way to the coast. The location wasn't the greatest in my opinion - seemed a little seedy when we got off the interstate. We had a nice stay at the Homewood Suites in beautiful Asheville! We were lucky to be on the top floor facing toward the back with a nice view from both windows.
