Because we are going to spend our days in the mountains, we verified that the hotel had a working hottub when making our reservations. When we arrived, it was working, but on the cool side. On our third day, the hot tub broke. When we asked the front desk about the hottub, she said they had called, but it would... more

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years...but never like this! (It used to be a Best Western) They have completly renovated the lobby(Very Nicely), the rooms have BRAND NEW BEDS! It looks like they upgraded when they went to Ramada. Great for families with children! They are also adding an IHOP on site and... more

We booked this hotel via Best Western website about 6 months before our stay. We found out when we arrived that it was no longer a Best Western but privately owned and there were stickers covering every Best Western logo. The room was dirty and there were yellow stains all over the mattress and blankets on the bed, and a... more

I'm not sure why everyone has given this hotel such a bad review. I stayed there with some friends this past weekend and had a nice stay. The rooms were nice and clean, the bathrooms were the same. The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the price was low and exactly what they had quoted. I have stayed in far... more

I booked this hotel though hotwire, so I didn't know what I was getting until after I booked. We just wanted a clean, cheap, and safe place to sleep after our Biltmore tour. My only complaint is about the heat inside the main atrium, outside all of the rooms. All of the heat pulled out of the rooms via air... more

We came to Asheville on 7/26 to go to Biltmore on 7/27/07. We were able to find a room for one night due to a music festival in town. We left Biltmore late on the 27th expecting to drive into the night into TN before stopping. But when we stopped for gas, I called the BW down the street and... more

We had two rooms. The rooms were not very clean. One bed had hairs (not ours) between the sheets. The other room was missing a bulb in one lamp, and the other had a plug that was plugged into an outlet just below the headboard. When you moved in the bed, the light would go of and on, off and... more

We planned a trip to Biltmore and made reservations for a double room by the indoor pool. We were quoted $89.95 plus tax. When we arrived we were told that poolside rooms would be $20. more. There was a lot of construction and the whole lobby was dirty and needed attention. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was... more

They are renovating the bathrooms. This makes some noise. There was no hot water for a day. My key quit working and they had to break into my room to change the battery in the lock. Not a place I would recommend. more

I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are use to staying at very low quality 2 star hotels. The bedspread and blanket looked bery old. The tub faucet leaked and the hot water in the shower was difficult to get to work. The room noise outside was noisy. Most rooms are exterior rooms. There are some interior hallway rooms but... more
