Dont go by the pictures! The hotel was average but obviously aging. We requested a non-smoking room and had to go back and forth between room and check in person 3, (yes 3) times before we were actually assigned a non-smoking room. We had a nice time at this hotel. The hotel has obviously been converted from a Holidome, but it was nice inside. Staff was quick to turn around some requests that we had, pool was nice indoor/outdoor. Restaurants very close was nice after a long day on the road. We were here for only one night. The woman at the front desk, Melissa, was very helpful and gave us a great rate. The Best Western downtown was going to charge us at least $30 more for the same room. We were still close enough to downtown to do what we wanted to do. The room was comfortable and clean. more
