You don't have to leave Asheville to find a little piece of heaven. I had the pleasure of spending the evening with friends at the Albermarle Inn and was charmed by the ambiance, the comfort and the friendliness of the staff. Although I was unable to spend the night, I am hoping that in the near future that can be... More

Friendly staff. Convenient to grove park. Stayed in the Shangri-la room and loved falling asleep under the skylight window above the bed. Cozy room. Wall paper pealing a bit in bathroom but otherwise, the room was perfect. Can't go wrong with the appetizers and wine every evening. More

Step back in time...This 1907 mansion was absolutely amazing. Every detail is considered...from the decor of each room to the social hour to the wonderful food. My husband and I felt like we had known the owner, Cathy, and the managers, for more than just the three nights we were there. They welcomed us into the home as if we... More

This is the PERFECT place for a holiday. You feel at home the moment you walk in this gorgeous inn. The owners and hostesses make you feel so comfortable and help you with anything you may need during your stay. I truly could not improve on anything from the accommodations to the breakfasts to the 5 o'clock hor'dourves. I would... More

This was my first experience at a Bed & Breakfast. The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast exceptional and the wine/refreshments at 5 p.m. just enough before dinner(not at the Inn)! My next stay at a B&B will have to meet very high standards unless I go back to Albemarle Inn! More

We returned to the Albemarle Inn, our Asheville home from home, for our 4th visit (second in Sunrise Suite) and were delighted by the festive decor, a surprise Christmas gift bag full of goodies (thanks again, ladies!) and the wonderful Biltmore Candlelight Christmas evening (special tickets kindly arranged by Sheridan). Since I covered everything thoroughly in my last review (and... More

Fantastic B&B nestled in the hills below The Grove Park Inn. Our hostess was none other than the girl who played the oldest daughter on the Cosby Show! We were met with complimentary wine, had a phenomenal breakfast and could see the Grove Park from our bed room window. Our room rate was $110.00! We highly recommend this location to... More

My wife and I have stayed here twice now, and will certainly do so again in the future. Extremely convenient location, and a warm, knowledgeable staff. The chef (Traci) is the highlight--and is thankfully willing to share some of her recipes. More

What a beautiful place that takes you back in time! The Inn was decorated for Christmas and a magnificent beginning to the holiday season! My Boyfriend and I chose to share a trip together as our Christmas gift and this could not have been a better beginning. Our room was the Sunrise Suite and everything about it was charming and...
