We were driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway to Roanoke from Atlanta and decided to stop at Asheville for the night. The Ramada's rates looked reasonable and I made an online booking. The rooms were just OK - definitely not worth the $99 I paid for the night. The bathroom plumbing was pretty bad and the breakfast was insipid and... more
We stayed four nights, telephoning to book, as we wanted to take advantage of their well priced package for Biltmore House & Chimmney Rock Park. Amber was very helpful in sorting out the details & taking the telephone booking. On arrival we were quickly & helpfully checked in to a ground floor room in the reception block. A clean, large... more
stayed at this hotel while sightseeing Asheville, this hotel is close to the biltmore, the staff is friendly, also is very quiet,I would recommend. The breakfast is above average. more
This hotel is so dirty and straight from the 70s. No major updating or renovations. I was so disgusted that I had to stay with my expedia reservation. we got the winter getaway package and we got a great deal. the room was very nice and quite large. get to breakfast early though because it does get very crowded. the second morning we actually had to take our food back to our room. service was nice and i really had nothing to complain about! more

It included two passes to the Biltmore and Chimney Rock Park along with three nights at the hotel. We decided that the hotel was all right. I would have given... more

We soon wished we had spent our whole trip there. The hotel was further... more
The place was exactly what we were looking for: clean, quiet, spacious. We stayed three nights while vacationing in Asheville. Great location! Less than 10 minute drive to downtown area as well as the Biltmore. Nice sized room. Comfy bed. with new mattress. Very nice breakfast at this price with choice of eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, waffles and... more
Very friendly and helpful checkin staff. It is an older property that has a few updates. The beds and the AC/heater are new. The bed was very firm. The bathroom needs updating. The wall paper was peeling off of the walls and the tile floor had a few cracked tiles. The bathtub has been updated but it was a plastic... more
