This hotel was a little out from the center of Asheville, not that Asheville has a clearly defined center. Our room had a jacuzzi and after a long drive that was a welcome bonus. The rooms were large and clean. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was barely adequate, but coming from Ireland perhaps I expected a bit too... more

We spent three nights at this hotel in mid-August. We brought our motorcycles on a trailer and rode Blue Ridge Parkway and mountain roads. The hotel was easy to find. Parking was great -- we took advantage of more private and shady spots in the back. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The... more

We first stopped at a major chain across the road, but the desk staff was unfriendly and price quoted was very high. Decided not to stay there and to try Country Inn & Suites. So glad we did!!! Help was friendly, room was clean and well arranged. Also enjoyed a quality breakfast. more

We stayed here for three nights and couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms were large and we loved having the bedroom separate from the living area. Fridge/microwave were handy, lots of channels on TV, super-comfy bed! The pool and hot tub were great--especially enjoyed the hour for adults only! Breakfast was better than most hotels offer. The staff was... more

Enjoyed the stay because of good size rooms, cookies, and breakfast. My family was impressed since they had not stayed at a Country Inn and Suites before. However, when I returned home, I had extra charges on my credit card. I called the hotel and they said that it was because we had two extra people in the room. They... more

Just got back from a two night stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful giving us directions to and from Biltmore and to get on the interstate. We did not hear noises from anyone in the hall or other rooms and we were across from the elevator. Many choices of restaurants in the area.... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night with three boys, en route to dropping them off for summer camp. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, including giving us directions to dinner and the local Walmart, as well as drawing a map that provided a slightly shorter drive to the camp. Our room was very clean, and had... more

June 23, 2007 -Hotel really nice. A pleasant, warm location. Upscale decor and friendly staff. Room was large, extremely clean, loved the Jacuzzi In-Room experience. The work out room is a functional room with a large T.V. - Great for Romantic Hideaway! Wished we stayed here longer in ASHEVILLE! The hotel has a resort feel! WIll come again.... more

My husband, my 6 month old son and I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in Asheville in June 2007. The staff was very friendly when we checked in, and the crib for my son with fresh linens was already in the room. The room was very neat and clean with a refrigerator and microwave. The King Studio was... more

My daughter (age 35) and I stayed here late April 2007 for a three night getaway. The hotel was great - quick check-in, convenient parking, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast. Apples, cookies, coffee, and hot tea were available all day. Although we didn't use it, the in-door pool looked clean and several people were swimming.... more
