We pricedlined it and were happy but I would not pay full rack rate for it. It DOESNT include breakfast which to me is kinda important since it saves so much time and money. They offer it at $13 a person. You would have to be seriously nit picky to find faults. It is a Hilton hotel... The cookie smell... more

I stayed at this hotel using priceline and it has been a nightmare. I left my Coach sunglasses in my room and when my children and I returned for the night they were gone. Spend four wonderful days in Asheville, N.C. celebrating my wife's birthday. The hotel is located at the front gate of the Biltmore Estate and Villages. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Even the General Manger was at the front desk welcoming people. The beds were so comfortable that my husband and I thought it was the best sleep ever. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would continue to go back just for the wonderful experience... more

Rooms in the old section of this hotel are terrible....old, depressing furniture and worn out. The new "tower" has nice rooms. Pool is indoors. TGIFridays is the restaurant. No help out front with luggage on my trip and very slow service when asked. more
