We stayed here for 2 nights in early Feb. Rooms are small but well equipped. Evening wine service is great! (Complimentary wine from 5-6pm.) Hotel has a modern funky vibe. Reception was efficient and friendly (New ENgland style.) SUCH A GREAT LOCATION. Right next to the Lenox Hotel on Boylston. We used the valet car park. 43USD per night. Sounds... More

Most times a small room in a hotel is called quaint. I can say that this hotel, with small rooms was charming. The room was clean and well appointed, the bathroom was small, but workable. The location is right on top of the Pru Center so close to so much and the bar in the hotel was hoping if thats... More

This is more a compilation of different thoughts: I have to balance everything because the price of the hotel stay was very reasonable, in fact I thought it was a very good deal. The GOOD: It's a really central location, right on Copley Square and is on the same block as Sorellina, one of the best modern Italian restaurants I've... More

Thank you very much for your review and we greatly appreciate your kind comments. Just to clarify- one of our guest elevators does have a small entry but we actually have two guest elevators, not one (a second guest elevator during our renovation in 2008 as the one you are referring to is not handicap accessible). The second elevator is... More

stayed for 3 days around the marathon. wonderful hotel. Staff was great. nice and attentive. room was very clean, and nicely decorated. but the room was very small. see pics. Free wine in the evening was nice. Brought ours to the room and hung out. went to the bar after the race. this is central to everything Boston. More

Charming hotel in the best location in the Back Bay. A great alternative to the big chain hotels in the same neighborhood. It has so much more character, and is much easier to get in and out, i.e. no traversing through a huge lobby and waiting for elevators. The service is outstanding, and they have a fun free happy hour... More

Thank you very much for the gracious comments and great review! What you outlined is how we try to separate ourselves from our local competitors- there are lots of great hotels outside our doorstep but they are either corporate boxes or very traditional. We offer a breathe of fresh air with a different vibe (urban chic), value (wine down, free... More

Thank you for your review and while it may not be what we want to hear, it is important to understand. Most troubling is your comment about some of our staff being cold and arrogant and would welcome a conversation to better understand what gave you this impression as that is unacceptable. As for the coffee, my apologies to you!... More

We stayed there for 3 nights. Personal was friendly, rooms large and clean, great location, free breakfast(!) and good price. I've forgot my Kindle Fire charger and they sent me it by mail for free, I'm very pleased :) Also I can't understand policy of Internet for surcharge, it's like ancient times. More

We stayed at the Copley Square for our 25th anniversary. The staff were very friendly and considerate and made a point of providing many extra touches to ensure that our occasion would be special. We really appreciated our stay and definitely recommend this hotel on the basis of its staff, comfortable bed, and convenient location. More
