Stay on floor four if you can, well worth the extra money. Breakfast was supplied and evening kibbles also supplied. Room was great with the best coffee we have had in all the hotels we have stayed in. I can't say enough about the professional staff and service provided. more

Just got back from Boston for a work trip. When we checked in they tried putting us on the first floor which was in the basment over looking a brick wall. First of all this hotel is in a great location. If you are arriving at Logan Airport don't take the expensive taxi as we did as you can buy a 7 day T pass(underground ticket) for $15 that will take you right to the hotel (taxi cost about $36 from Airport). I was most upset at the treatment that I received at this resort. The staff were snooty and unresponsive. Many major problems with the room that didn't get fixed upon request and forced out of the room by annoying housekeepers at 8am, then at 9am, then at 10am.
