Five family members spent 2 nights in the Lenox Hotel. From the moment we arrived at the Hotel to the time of departure the staff could not do enough for us. We were always greeted with a smile. No complaints whatsoever about the room. It was spacious and there was a turndown service at night with Lindt chocs left on... more

Just returned from my first visit to Boston - for a conference in the Hynes Convention Centre/Sheraton Hotel - and a wonderful stay at the Lennox. What a gem! From the minute I arrived, I felt so welcome and pampered...smiles, greetings from all the staff and a cozy and charming room. I was able to walk to the conference easily... more

We were upgraded to a lovely comfortable corner room with 2 king size beds. The staff were all very helpful and had lots of local advice. We could walk outside into an interesting area with shops and restaurants, or wander into downtown Boston. If you have a car you should be aware that the hotel parking is very expensive and... more

Just got back from a weekend with some girlfriends in Boston and the Lenox was a great place to stay. We had two junior suites and the rooms were extremely large for the price we paid. The furnishings are a bit ornate, but the suites worked well since we had 3 people per room. The location of the hotel is... more

I do not understand what other reviewers on TripAdvisor experienced at The Lenox unless they were mesmerized by a martini at the hotel bar. I paid over $300 for a "Deluxe" room and was given an aged room with furnishings and decor at least 10 years old. While the room was a decent size, there was no mini bar, just... more

A fine hotel from the inside. However, in our room on the upper floor we could hear the elevator moter, every time it went into service. Unfortunately the main restaurant was closed for renovations the week we were there and we had to eat breakfast at the Irish Pub in the hotel. This also needed a redecoration, maybe it is... more

My husband and I stayed at the Lenox for 1 night. As a discloser, we had points from a credit card and got a free stay, so I'm not sure what the normal rates would be in order to put value into prospective with cost for the room. First let me say this hotel is in a great location. Walking... more

Stayed at the Lenox for four nights mid-October, couldn't have been more pleased with the stay. The hotel has the right combination of that old world charm (because of it's historic status) and modernization to the common areas and rooms themselves. The staff, everyone that we dealt with were first class and made us feel like we were VIPs. Being... more

My daughter and I stayed one evening at The Lenox so she could attend an interview at Tufts University. I can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. When we realized that an important item had not been packed, the concierge actually ran to the store for us in the pouring rain. To me that is... more
