Customers are definitely at the centre of thinking at the Langham. All staf without exception were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to give assistance in all matters of our stay. Hotel clean, very comfortable. Restaurant might be a bit pricey for some but highly recommended is the chocolate speciality that appears to be a hallmark. Less than... more

Enjoyed a four day stay at the Langham. The staff was lovely - doormen even remembered our name. The spa was great - brand new and the pool and hot tub were great. We had a corner room, 801 with two double beds and a couch as well - very large room with a nice view of the park. Only... more

We stayed here for our honeymoon in October. The hotel was fantastic, our room was a superior and it had a brilliant view of the park opposite. The spa and the swimming pool are fabulous. The swimming pool has a glass roof ,so if you go early in the morning or late at night you can see the starry sky.... more

I got a very good deal through Hotwire, so needless to say, I was thrilled to stay here for $155 a night. The hotel was lovely, though I did not check out the restaurant or any of the facilities. My room was very small but nice. The bellman was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for me, as... more

We went to the Langham's chocolate bar in their Cafe Fleuri. Although the chocolate desserts were pretty good, the service in the restaurant was horrible. We were seated far from the section where the chocolates were, even though we were the second ones in line when it opened and the restaurant was nowhere near being filled up. The waiter took... more

We have stayed here before and previous stays were great. That is the reason why we came back again. However, we were disappointed this time. We reserved 'Superior Room' in previous stays and this time as well. However, the room turned out to be different from the past. It is a King Sized Bed in a 'Classic Room', about 270... more

Stayed here for 3 nights in early November in a deluxe king room. The hotel is centrally located between Faneuil Hall and Downtown Crossing, easy walking distance to the North End and Boston Common. The room was spacious, with comfy bed and luxurious appointments. The bathroom was excellent, with big, fluffy towels and bathrobes, slippers and nice toiletries. We tried... more

Thoroughly enjoyed myself here. We were upgraded to a duplex suite because of the building works opposite, which was pretty magnificent. I recommend the Sunday brunch at Cafe Fleuri as much for its entertainment value - the themed food stands and chefs - as for the food itself, but it calls for a big appetite. The check-out clerk was a... more

Booked this through Trailfinders we are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. My sons enjoyed the pool but were frowned upon by people just sat by the pool ( i could understand it if they were messing about but they were in apool swimming and racing one another). However the hotel itself is nice and the room was quiet... more

Excellent stay! Rooms are spacious and very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. There is turndown every night. Internet is fast, although there is a daily fee for using it. Cafe Fleuri offers an excellent Sunday Brunch at $55. Room service is fast and food well presented, although a little pricey. Housekeeping staff was very polite. I had to stay in... more
