We arrived early, and was told our room was not ready. So we agreed to leave and come back at noon. It was never cleaned! The management is rude, obnoxious and unfriendly. The rate changed 3 times. They tried to make us change rooms in the middle of our stay. No telephone. No internet. No working a/c. TV broken. Piles of junk on the stairways. What else can I say? Don't do it! more

Compare it to Fawlty Towers. At least Basil tried! Noone tries here. A great disappointment. The web site gives a totally false impression. The suites were not clean, very poorly fitted out and many items did not work. Money for our stay had to be paid up front and the management is totally disinterested in the comfort of it's clientelle! more

Dont risk your vacation by staying at the Zee Paragon! They are only interested in taking your money when you arrive and then are keen not to hear from you again - but unfortunately there is much to hear about!
