This stay way my first at a W. The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, modern, luxury. if you ever stay here you should try the cheese cake a little expensive but it was the best I have ever had. For now on when I come in to Boston about every other month I now know where I’m... more

Just came back from 5 nights at the W Boston. Having been to W hotels in NY and Hong Kong, I've come to fully understand what makes these hotels unique. This was the only reason why we chose to try out the new W Boston for our stay in Boston. My level of expectation was where it should've been -... more

We stayed at the W Hotel for 3 nights in December. Main reason for the choice was the good deal we got on the room for booking before it opened in September. We had a lovely corner room with floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. The room was spacious and as you would expect very modern. The room was... more

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The good things: a staff that provides rock star service and seems to be having fun doing so, a huge quiet room, modern sleek decor, comfortable bed, luxurious amenities, happening lobby that resembles a niteclub after dark. Bad things: a lobby that resembles an empty niteclub during the day, a bathroom with a... more

The W Boston should have been better for me, but it's probably my own fault that it wasn't the right fit. I needed a quality room with a comfortable bed to get a good night's sleep on a weekend, but I wasn't prepared for the noise coming from the bar below and from the traffic and street life. My room... more

Had a great two night stay at the new W. Rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly. The hotel is in the up-and-coming theatre district. There are some certain teething problems that need fixing, mostly just small room cleaning issues, but the concierge and check-in staff were exceptional. The hotel bar is buzzing in the evening, but is too... more

We stayed in the W last weekend and had a great time. The bar was AMAZING! The rooms were really nice. The service was great- some of the staff even remembered our names the next morning when they saw us in the lobby. I would highly recommend staying there and plan of staying there the next time we go up... more

This is my second stay in the new W Boston and unfortunately the available chic luxe vibe mixed with interesting architecture and room staging and scattering of beautiful people that characterizes some of the more interesting W hotels (Union Square, Chicago, Atlanta Midtown, Seattle, Mexico City) has, not unexpectedly sunk low in the black hole of Boston's theater district. Uncomfortably... more

I regularly stay in the Starwood properties in Boston and had the opportunity to stay in the W Boston for a night shortly adter it had opened. In general it was a very comfortable night and proved that the W Boston is yet another nice property to stay in. The positives :- i) Large comfortable room with a number of... more
