I like the conveniecne of the hotel . It is located right across the street to Tufts Medical Center. I have early appointments at the hospital. All I have to do is walk across the street. The metro system also is located steps from the hotel which is another great plus. The only thing about the hotel is the rooms... more

This is a wonderfully located hotel, right next door to the subway across from NE Medical Center and close to the theater district. Easy walking distance to Boston Common. It was a little confusing checking in, the lobby is up one floor from the street. Our room was on the 5th floor, we had a nice view of the street.... more

Got to the hotel on a cold wet windy evening and was warmly greeted by Neil at the front desk. Made us feel very welcome with hot choc chip cookies. Was on third floor room No.354 with view of the medical centre. Room was bigger than expected after reading other reviews, bathroom was huge with nice amenities. Two bars of... more

Hotel is good - not great - but good. It's right next to the orange line T (subway/underrground). Very easy to get here from the airport. Only need to change once to get onto the blue line (only 4 steps to carry your case up) and then free shuttle to airport. Seemed really safe area. V. easy to walk right... more

We booked this hotel because of the price and location, and of course because Hilton hotel should offer some security for the quality you receive. Warm cookie was a nice welcome gift, but the receptionist seemed somewhat ill and uninterested in us. As we later found out the staff seems to be trained in stiffness and not smiling at all.... more

I just needed a room to sleep in and being a Hilton Honors member I selected this one because it was the cheapest in the area that night. I was somewhat concerned after reading previous reviews, but had a fine stay. The location is very convenient if you have to be at NEMC and it’s walking distance to Chinatown as... more

Small rooms, crazy hallways, and toilet didn't work when we checked in. Maintenance came up quickly to fix the toilet which was greatly appreciated. Only pool is in the YMCA that you must travel across a rooftop to enter, and bring a towel with you as they won't have any. You'll also need a bathing cap or you can borrow... more

I stayed here one night with a friend. We went going to a beer festival and needed a place to crash for the night. This place served its purpose well. We had no complaints and thought everything was fine. The room (117) was very clean. The room was small but adequate for one night. Check-in was fast and friendly. We... more

I was surprised that is was a DoubleTree. Fung Shui? Not really noticible because of the mismatched decor and well lived-in look. I paid for a suite and received a shoebox. A family member called it a broomcloset. Very confusing, embarrassing. Smallest hotel room I've stayed in. The employees were nice. more
