Stayed three nights at this hotel and thought it was great. This hotel is in a fantastic location and close to lovely restaurants, shops, the common etc. The staff were OK, not too enthusiastic - coming up from NY we found them far less friendly and helpful..booked a trolley tour with the receptionist and she was certainly not going to explain the tours available . This is a great little hotel, the rooms are small but well equipped and suited our week long stay perfectly;, the bathrooms have speakers in which is pretty cool for keeping up with whatever's on the TV whilst you, shower etc. if they were a few feet bigger this would surely be a 4-star hotel. This hotel absolutely met my expectations during my trip to Boston. The staff members were friendly and helpful, the room clean, and the location extremely convenient.
