Our stay was wonderful! Hotel was very clean and service was great. We didn’t spend much time at the pool as we out enjoying the sites! The breakfast was great and extremely convenient for my family traveling with very small children. Those little bellies are hungry quite early!! The suite was comparable to many we have stayed at- and with... more
Breakfast was terrible; they were out of most everything including plates. The room was okay but no attention to details missing washcloths, tea bag, shampoo. more
this is your average airport hotel and your below average embassy suites. Serivce is lacking in all areas, front desk breakfast was horrible. more
When we arrived at our hotel room we where greeted by dirty dishes at the entry way. Not a good sign. The bathroom needed more attention as was evident with hair in the shower and urine on the toilets pedastal. Otherwise, the rest of the room was ok. The pool was small and heavily chlorinated - bring goggles. The jacuzzi... more
New hotel with convenient location @ Logan (although they charge $32/day for parking). No noise from the airport which was very surprising. Downsides: Internet is not included (approx $10 a day), and the only parking is valet ($20 a night). Just seems that you get nickle and dimed to death these days, but I guess... more
Compared with other Embassy Suites I have stayed in, this one was far smaller than the ones I have stayed in in Chicago, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. But as I've said in earlier posts, if you're staying in Boston, that's the way it is. The hotel, however, appears to be fairly new, very clean and in good to excellent condition--not "worn-out"... more
Our stay was pretty decent here. It's within walking distance to the airport subway stop and the hotel has shuttles that will take you to the airport or the subway stop. My main complaint was that the hotel's website says that internet is included in all rooms, but what they actually mean is that you can get access to the... more
First of all, I am a huge fan of Embassy Suites when I am travelling on business. I like the fact that you have two rooms, a microwave, a little fridge, and free breakfast. I don't expect charm, but what's charming about a business trip? To my way of thinking, this is an especially nice Embassy Suites. I arrived at... more
