I stayed at this hotel as an employee of another Hilton property and I was very dissatisfied. As a nother Hilton employee, the service of the front desk and housekeeping was not up to standards. I left a backpack in the room, and have called the hotel on multiple occasions and left message for the lost and found department......to no... More

We were in Boston this time to help our daughter, who had been admitted to Boston Medical Center for a stroke. She had been found twelve hours later by a friend. We made reservations at the Hampton Inn Crosstown, which is across the street from the hospital and we could walk between the two early in the morning or later... More

The area is not that bad. If you are used to city living doesn't feel dangerous, but I guess if you are not a city slicker, could see how people wouldn't like the area. It is a little industrial but it is only a few blocks from a decent area. The rooms are decent (avg size and amenities), clean. There... More

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were nice. Move it about 2 miles into the city and there would be no complaints whatsoever. The walk to the T (metro) is scary. I didn't feel very safe at night when I came back to the hotel. It's just ok. More

We opted to stay here, as it was so much cheaper than a lot of the other hotels we searched. the reason being it is slightly further away from the sights. But the hotel ran a free shuttle bus service into the main areas, so it really didnt make any difference. The rooms here, are huge. you have a mini... More

Found this hotel online a couple of days before new years eve. Rate was very good since I was booking so close to the date. We Took the train into ruggles station and decided to walk the mile or so to the hotel...bad idea. The neighborhood is not pretty. Very sketchy, dark, and somewhat dangerous. But, it's not the hotels... More

The staff is really nice. The rooms are clean and smells so good when you enter. A lot of towels, something I like. Such a huuuuge bed (King)! The fan worked very well. BUT The location is pretty bad. You need to walk a bit long to find the T (in the cold, not so nice). And it's next to... More

The Boston Crosstown and the Cambridge Hampton Inns both have buffet breakfast, amazingly comfortable beds and decent prices (in winter anyway), the differences being: 1) Parking is free in Cambridge (one car only, two cars not allowed at all) whereas it is $25 per car (more than one car allowed) in Boston. 2) In Cambridge the parking garage is part... Typically stay at this Hampton Inn when the rates are reasonable (especially compared to other hotels in the city); however, this is my last time staying here. The property, rooms and typical Hampton qualities were all fine. Nothing to write home about but comfort level was there... The location and service made me not want to return. This hotel is... More

Our family of 2 Adults & 2 Children had 2 nights at this Hotel. We arrived around 7.15pm, & were greeted professionally. The room was clean & comfortable, We were very hungry and as we'd missed the complimentary dinner we decided to walk to McDonalds which we could see from the hotel! To be honest it wasn't the safest I've... More
